If you need to return your item, and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE!
IN STORE PURCHASES
Items must be returned for exchanges or store credit within 10 calendar days of your purchase
Items must be unworn with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse if the items shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
All sale items are FINAL sale.
All accessories, jewelry, and shoes are FINAL sale. This includes hats, headbands, sunglasses, and bags.
IN STORE PICK UPS
IN STORE PICK UPS are eligible for exchange within 10 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE, NOT the date picked up. Purchases in store are held for 14 DAYS; we will contact you on the 10th day to remind you, after the 14th day, we will put the product back out on the floor, and you will receive a store credit.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of receiving your item(s).
If your order does not work out, you will be eligible for store credit, or you can come in store for exchange.
You are required to pay shipping costs when returning the item. After your item is received, your credit will be applied to your account.
